Refund Policy

Overview

Vo Creations offers UGC agency services and creator mentorship programs. Because our work involves the delivery of digital services, custom content, and live coaching, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below. By completing a purchase or signing a service agreement, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Agency services

The following applies to UGC campaign management, creator sourcing, content production, and any other done-for-you agency work.

All agency engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered commenced upon receipt of your brief, onboarding intake, or first campaign deliverable.
If you wish to cancel before work begins, a written cancellation request must be submitted to hello@vocreations.com within 48 hours of payment.
Retainer and monthly agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees already invoiced or paid for the current period are non-refundable.
Disputes regarding deliverable quality must be raised within 7 days of delivery. We will offer one round of revisions at no charge.

Mentorship and education programs

The following applies to any coaching program, mentorship cohort, course, or community membership offered by Vo Creations.

A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than the introductory module, attended any live session, or downloaded any resources.
After the 7-day window, or after accessing program materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Payment plan participants: each installment is non-refundable once the access window for that billing period has passed.
Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and implementation. Dissatisfaction with outcomes is not grounds for a refund.

Access logs are recorded. Refund eligibility is verified against platform activity data.

Delivery of digital products

All digital products (templates, guides, toolkits) are delivered immediately upon purchase via email or dashboard access. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Required process

Dispute resolution

Before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you are required to contact Vo Creations directly and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

By completing a purchase, you agree to exhaust this resolution process before contacting your financial institution.

Unauthorized chargebacks

Filing a chargeback outside of the terms of this policy constitutes a breach of this agreement. Vo Creations reserves the right to contest all unauthorized chargebacks with full documentation, pursue recovery of funds through available legal and collections channels, and permanently revoke access to all programs and services. Access is revoked immediately upon any chargeback filing.

Exceptions and special circumstances

Vo Creations may, at its sole discretion, issue partial credits or exceptions in the case of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent for future requests. No exception is guaranteed.

Agreement

By completing a purchase, signing a proposal, or enrolling in any Vo Creations program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy. This policy is binding from the moment payment is processed.
